Electrification
The Texas Innovation Alliance is focused on grant readiness, assisting public agencies with formulating a strategic plan to apply for current and upcoming Federal grants. On June 29, 2022, the Alliance hosted a workshop on the Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) and Reconnecting Communities Pilot (RCP) grants. Currently, the Alliance has turned its attention to the Strengthening Mobility and Revolutionizing Transportation (SMART) grant and is organizing a workshop on alternative fuels later this winter (date TBD).
Current grant opportunities:
Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) - Due September 15, 2022
Reconnecting Communities Pilot (RCP) - Due October 13, 2022
Strengthening Mobility and Revolutionizing Transportation (SMART) - NOFO expected in September 2022
Electrification Discretionary Grants - More information coming in 2022
