Erin Johnston is a Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Replica and is currently TxDOT’s dedicated CSM. Serving as her customer’s day-to-day primary point of contact, she is responsible for driving a successful kickoff and integration of Replica into customer organizations and ensuring they have the resources available to extract value from Replica. Erin has been with Replica for almost 3 years and has direct experience working with state DOTs, MPOs, and COGs to integrate Replica data into their projects, workflows, and tools.
