Gaston Kelly leads Uber Transit's engagements with transit agencies, local governments, private corporations, and universities. His team leverages Uber’s technology and vast network to design, launch, and manage innovative mobility solutions that improve service reliability and expand access to transportation, including during major events. Kelly previously led public policy and operations for startups working on peer-to-peer car sharing and micromobility. He is currently enrolled in the Latinos in Transit Leadership Academy, holds a Master of Public Policy from the London School of Economics, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Williams College.
